Hello foodies’

Masalas of India – It was kind of a Food Festival, where we had the finest restaurants to serve us the best regional food, from all over the country, at Ansal Plaza, New Delhi. So those who went there, it was an amazing evening right? with lots of music, drinks and new flavours of Maggi. And those who missed it don’t worry, I will make you up to it with today’s blog, how does it sound? Like yayayyaya.

This set up of Coconut Water was so beachy and unique.

The Biryani, they had different kinds of biryani’s, the one I had was Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani, it was really spicy but tasted good.

Green Chicken Momos from Darjeeling Steamers, almost same as normal momos, just a bit differnce in taste, they don’t have any specific shop, but they do catering for party and stuff. (Contact – 9599610656)

Peninsular Kitchen, their display style was nice as you can see above. They had different kinds of items in their menu like – Mutton Wada, Neer Dosa and many more.

Location – Level 3, Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

Did you notice that Bottles Counter, this was just stunning, this set up was by Himalayan – Orchard Pure, for the drinks, the one I had – Mohabbat ka sharbat (from Old Delhi). It was sharbat with the pieces of watermelon in  it.

This Green planters wall was also created by Himalayan – Orchard Pure, where they were distributing their 3 new flavours – Apple, Peach and Stawberry, I tasted apple & Strawberry, it’s like water only but with little tint of their flavours, good for Summers.

Then at the end, I had Chocolate Naan from Kake Di Hatti (sorry for not taking the picture).
